No…this won’t be like Marines training to go to war and or Navy Seals training for their Trident. This will be way more fun, but you do need to be ready to sweat and work. Our bootcamp training classes are no more then 6 individuals all with the goal of wanting to be a bit more fit, while at the same time, losing fat and gaining muscle. Over a 6 week period the average results of a TM Fitness bootcamper, we have seen some lose as much as 2-3% body fat and gain 5-7 lbs. of muscle. That’s right, you heard it hear first.
