TM Fitness was founded in 2014 and is a small gym with a BIG gym feel. We are located in the heart of Los Gatos, CA. and we welcome all levels of fitness and physiques. From beginner to advanced, from fit to fat…it doesn’t matter. Our goal at TM Fitness is to make you the best you that you want to be. We have multiple highly experienced trainers who will be sure to work at your pace. We also provide our customers with massage therapy to aid in muscle recovery. Our team of therapists are ready to take care of your needs.

PERSONAL TRAINING

At TM Fitness we take the time to help YOU reach YOUR goals. Our 1 on 1 time is spent focusing on the goals that are set by you. Each and every training session will be designed to move you closer and closer to that goal. Whether it’s to lose a few extra pounds or to add some muscle to your stature, we focus on those goals. As long as you have the attitude to achieve the goal in front of you…then we are ready to help you get there. 

BOOTCAMP TRAINING

No…this won’t be like Marines training to go to war and or Navy Seals training for their Trident. This will be way more fun, but you do need to be ready to sweat and work. Our bootcamp training classes are no more then 6 individuals all with the goal of wanting to be a bit more fit, while at the same time, losing fat and gaining muscle. Over a 6 week period the average results of a TM Fitness bootcamper, we have seen some lose as much as 2-3% body fat and gain 5-7 lbs. of muscle. That’s right, you heard it hear first. This bootcamp makes sweating and working hard, FUN! 

EVENT PREPARATION TRAINING

Have you decided that it is finally time to lose those extra pounds gained over the years? Or maybe you decided to sign up for that 1/2 marathon and would like your body to be as prepared and mind as focused as possible. Whatever the event may be, TM Fitness is ready to get you into the best shape possible for this event. We will discuss the goal and design the training plan to help you achieve and succeed your goals.
