EVENT PREPARATION TRAINING
Have you decided that it is finally time to lose those extra pounds gained over the years? Or maybe you decided to sign up for that 1/2 marathon and would like your body to be as prepared and mind as focused as possible. Whatever the event may be, TM Fitness is ready to get you into the best shape possible for this event. We will discuss the goal and design the training plan to help you achieve and succeed your goals.
No…this won’t be like Marines training to go to war and or Navy Seals training for their Trident. This will be way more fun, but you do need to be ready to sweat and work. Our bootcamp training classes are no more then 6 individuals all with the goal of wanting to be a bit more fit, while at the same time, losing fat and gaining muscle. Over a 6 week period the average results of a TM Fitness bootcamper, we have seen some lose as much as 2-3% body fat and gain 5-7 lbs. of muscle. That’s right, you heard it hear first. This bootcamp makes sweating and working hard, FUN!
Not only do we care about training the body back into top physical shape, we also must take care of those muscles after all of the strength training workouts & cardio workouts. We offer all of our clients with on-site massage therapy with one of the best Massage Therapists in the business. Dr. Sage Lynn will work all of those sore and achy muscles back to health with her deep tissue massages and will have you back to your workouts free of pain.
When putting the body through intense and stressful training situations the body must be provided with all of the proper nutrients. At TM Fitness we partner with the best Nutritionist in the area that will provide you with all of the nutritional assistance and advice that one will need.
At Reformation Body Solutions, we take the guess work out of figuring out what foods you should be eating and ones you should avoid. We do it all for you through a personalized meal plan that mixes nutrient-rich Ideal Protein meal replacement products with healthy grocery food. Your coach will also be available to educate you on portion control, healthy recipes, label reading and much more.
